We’re a growing company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate. This position involves processing and packing customer orders from platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and our own e-commerce website.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Process orders using various shipping platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, Faire, etc.)
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Ensure products are packed securely and professionally
• Print shipping labels and handle order tracking updates
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience with Amazon, Etsy, or e-commerce platforms preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic software
• Able to stand for periods of time and lift packages (up to 30 lbs)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule And Pay

• Flexible schedule (20–40 hours/week depending on availability and experience)
• Pay based on experience and performance
