Job Description
The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the construction of electrical systems on projects in a variety of market sectors, including data centers, industrial, commercial, K-12, higher education, healthcare, office, and mission critical. This position will ensure projects meet all quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations, while ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities - Develop plans and schedules for the electrical construction phase of a project.
- Ensure progress and accuracy of work is in line with the project plan and customer requirements.
- Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the electrical construction crew.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork related to the project.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Resolve any conflicts that arise between subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Review and approve progress payments and other invoices.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
