Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Employee Success Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Duties:

• Act as the initial point of contact for employees regarding questions related to HR policies, programs, practices or to resolve issues
• Own data auditing with integrity
• Act as the primary point of contact to our partner groups such as Payroll and IT

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 1+ years of experience of corporate experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs
• Thirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements utilizing technology
• Experience with employment laws and practices for the region they support
• Experience with global HR Systems such as: Workday, ADP
• Experience working across multiple disciplines and geographies in HR
• Experience working in HR shared services organization for established company is idea
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Outstanding time management and communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional customer support
• Ability to build relationships at every level of the organization
• Comfortable dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters
• Enjoys working in dynamic and high-growth environments and is experienced in supporting a variety of HR disciplines

The approximate pay range for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
