Job Description

We’re looking for a Site Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support and drive safety excellence at our facility. In this role, you’ll be the on-site leader for implementing, managing, and maintaining our EHS programs while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and global company standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support site-level EHS programs, training, and compliance activities
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training and emergency response drills
• Maintain accurate records for audits, incidents, training, and compliance
• Partner with site leadership to promote a strong, proactive safety culture
• Assist with internal/external audits and regulatory reviews
• Monitor changes in EHS regulations and help implement best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in an EHS role (manufacturing or site-based preferred)
• Strong understanding of OSHA and relevant environmental regulations
• Experience conducting inspections, investigations, and safety training
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence safety culture
• OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain within first 90 days)
