Title: EPIC Integration with Rhapsody
Location: Remote
Rhapsody and EPIC integration experience is must. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epic Integration Analyst with strong experience in Epic Bridges, Epic Payer Platform (EPP), and Epic Tapestry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be adept at working with both technical teams and business stakeholders to support provider implementations, data analysis, and system monitoring. ________________________________________ Required Skills: Epic Bridges Experience Certification preferred. Epic Chronicles Knowledge Ability to query and perform data analysis. Epic Payer Platform (EPP) experience. Epic Tapestry Knowledge Preferably in Member Enrollment and Eligibility modules. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Excellent Communication Skills Comfortable working with business partners and provider communities. Strong Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. ________________________________________ Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and support provider implementations. Perform data analysis to support SRE and implementation team inquiries. Manage test data including refreshes and feature-specific requests. Monitor and maintain provider testing data. Support teams with Code Set Management and data loads into HEPPI. Handle historical data loads and backfills. Maintain OID/TIN crosswalks and perform processing analysis. Conduct system monitoring and resolve errors. Manage security tasks such as account creation and Active Directory group assignments. Perform data analytics and support weekly membership loads. Assist with HEDIS batch jobs and chart chase requests. Collaborate with Epic and RS for issue resolution and inquiries. Coordinate quarterly system upgrades. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: Epic Bridges Certification Experience with healthcare data and payer systems Familiarity with HEDIS and healthcare compliance standards
