Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA for an Event Assistant. The Event Assistant will assist in planning and executing events, ensure smooth coordination with vendors and stakeholders, and provide high-quality customer service during events. Daily tasks will also include managing event logistics, handling attendee inquiries, and supporting the event management team with organizational tasks. This role requires attention to detail and a hands-on approach to ensure successful event experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with attendees and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to assist in the seamless execution of events
  • Excellent Organization Skills for managing logistics and ensuring all event details are on track
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
  • Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
