Job Description
Talent Groups is seeking an Event Planning Specialist to join a fast paced revenue marketing team. This role supports the planning and execution of high impact events designed to drive measurable revenue growth and pipeline results. You will work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure seamless event execution, strong lead capture, and effective follow up.
This opportunity is ideal for a detail oriented event professional who thrives in a metrics driven environment and is comfortable managing multiple events of varying size and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute 15 to 20 events annually, including tabletop sponsorships and large scale trade shows with 30 to 40 booth spaces
• Manage end to end event logistics including vendors, timelines, budgets, and onsite execution
• Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align event strategy with revenue objectives
• Track, measure, and report event ROI and performance metrics
• Support lead collection processes and ensure smooth handoff to Sales teams
• Use event management and project management tools to manage timelines and execution
• Support onsite execution for major trade shows and conferences
Required Qualifications
• 3 + years of experience in event planning or event marketing
• Strong experience with trade shows, conferences, or field marketing events
• Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams on lead generation and follow up
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with lead collection tools
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or Asana
• RingCentral experience is a plus
• Background in marketing or project management is acceptable
• Construction industry experience is not required
