Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, mission-driven Federal Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological vision and execution of our cybersecurity solutions for federal government clients. As a key member of the executive team, the Federal CTO will oversee technical innovation, product architecture, and cybersecurity operations, ensuring alignment with federal compliance standards, national security priorities, and emerging cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong background in secure cloud infrastructure (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government), zero trust architecture, and emerging threat landscape.
  • Track record of leading large-scale, mission-critical cyber programs for defense or civilian agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with classified environments, cross-domain solutions, or secure enclaves.
  • Familiarity with OT/ICS security or federal critical infrastructure protection.
  • Strong relationships within DoD, DHS, and/or Intelligence Community.
  • Prior experience supporting federal R&D, SBIR/STTR programs, or innovation hubs (e.g., DIU, In-Q-Tel).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive executive compensation package (salary, bonus, equity)
  • Clearance sponsorship and support
  • Mission-driven culture committed to national defense and cyber resilience
  • Opportunities to lead transformative government cybersecurity initiatives
