FP&A Manager – Manufacturing

A growing private equity-backed business in Duluth, GA is seeking a FP&A Manager to join its team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in high-growth, high-velocity environments and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping financial strategy and performance.

Salary: Up to $155K + 15% Bonus

On-site Requirement: Minimum 3 days/week

Qualifications/skills required:

• Over 8 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within manufacturing, with a background in leading and managing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong ability to analyse and manage large datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives with financial goals.
• Work closely with field leaders to develop and implement key business initiatives.
• Support leadership in managing and evaluating the strategic planning process for the annual budget, ensuring timely delivery of results to key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills by creating materials to effectively communicate plans and outcomes to senior leaders, with excellent executive communication skills.
