Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated precast facility. Equipment is from Europe and therefore knowledge of Siemens and Beckhoff drives is beneficial. MaintainX experience a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Inspect and test machinery to ensure proper functionality.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Operate tools and equipment such as welders, grinders, and hydraulic presses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and drives.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
• Working in noisy, dusty, or hot environments.
