The Team Will You Be On:

Mobile Development: You’ll be part of the mobile team focused on building intuitive and performant iOS applications that empower users to document, inspect, and interact with properties in real time. Our apps are a key interface between the physical and digital worlds, enabling AI to analyze what users capture on their phones.

The Job:

As a Junior iOS Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of Tracker’s iOS application. You’ll work alongside senior engineers and product designers to implement new features, improve performance, and help shape the mobile experience for rental property operators and residents. This is a great opportunity to grow your mobile development skills while working on meaningful, production-level software.

You may be a good fit for the role if:

  • Have 1–2 years of iOS development experience, or relevant internship/project experience
  • Are proficient with Swift and have a strong understanding of UIKit and/or SwiftUI
  • Have built or contributed to at least one iOS app (published or internal)
  • Understand the iOS development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, and App Store deployment
  • Are comfortable using Git and collaborative development tools
  • Are detail-oriented and care about creating smooth, intuitive user experiences
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and product managers
  • (Bonus) Have experience working with camera APIs, Core ML, or integrating REST/GraphQL APIs
  • (Bonus) Have an interest in computer vision or real estate-related applications

Location:

Candidates must be able to visit the Albany NY/Capital District area quarterly or more if necessary and have the ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week.

Salary Range:

The pay range for this role is based on experience.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks.
