Based in Middleton, Wisconsin, Fristam Pumps USA is a global leader in the manufacturing of sanitary pumps, blenders, and mixers used by some of the world's most iconic brands in the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced IT leader to take charge of our U.S. IT operations. In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to expert for all domestic IT needs-- leading daily operations, driving digitization efforts, and ensuring top-tier performance from our Managed Service Provider (MSP). You will collaborate closely with our global IT counterparts in Germany to align systems and strategy globally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all U.S. departments and digitization projects
• Develop and implement consistent IT processes, controls, and documentation standards
• Train and support personnel with a hands-on mindset
• Manage and hold the MSP accountable for service delivery, uptime, and support performance
• Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. teams and global IT to ensure alignment and support
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and deliver effective technology solutions
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and global standards
• Develop and support reporting and business intelligence initiatives
• Learn ERP modules, database structure, and points of integration with other applications

What You Bring With You (Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, ERP systems, cybersecurity principles; experience with Progress database ERP systems (proALPHA) preferred
• Successful experience managing vendors, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment
