We are seeking an experienced JIRA Admin & Architect to support the migration of JIRA and Confluence from Data Center (DC) to the Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Atlassian ecosystem and hands-on expertise in cloud migrations.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience working with the Atlassian ecosystem (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in cloud migration projects for Atlassian tools.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in installing, upgrading, and configuring JIRA and Confluence environments.

Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud architecture, migration strategies, and best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-migration phases.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the migration team to execute tasks related to the JIRA and Confluence cloud migration.

Perform hands-on activities such as installation, upgrades, and configuration as needed.

Ensure a smooth transition by addressing technical challenges and optimizing the setup.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a migration team.

This role is critical to the success of our migration project, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of executing tasks efficiently.
