Key Responsibilities:
• Support senior attorneys in handling civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex issues
• Attend court proceedings, depositions, and client meetings with supervision
• Assist in developing litigation strategies and trial preparation
• Maintain accurate case records and document management systems

Qualifications:
• 0–2 years of litigation or law firm experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• California Bar membership (active or pending)
