Beacon Hill's client, a global law firm, is seeking a temp labor and employment attorney with experience working with California Labor & Employment agencies to provide overflow support for one of their larger institutional clients. Location: Remote, but candidates must reside and be licensed in the same U.S. jurisdiction (CA, AZ, WA, UT, ID, NM, NV, or OR)
Duration: Ongoing with the potential to go longer term. If this position becomes longer term, it may require some onsite work at the nearest office, if applicable.
Note: Concurrent employment, including solo practice, is not permitted during this assignment.
Hours : Likely 30-40 hours/week, but the amount of hours may fluctuate depending on workload, client needs, etc. (OT is not authorized on this assignment)
Hourly pay : $75-$82 per hour, depending on experience
