Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Administrative Assistant III to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in personal injury law to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive legal environment.

In this role, you will work closely with our Paralegals and Attorneys, providing critical administrative support focused on claims management for auto accidents, workers’ compensation, and serious personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing personal injury claims files from intake to resolution
• Draft and organize correspondence, medical record requests, and settlement documents
• Maintain and update client files in the case management system (CloudLex experience is a plus)
• Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients
• Provide administrative support including calendaring, data entry, document management, and general office tasks
• Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys to ensure smooth and efficient claims processing

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a personal injury legal administrative support role
• Solid understanding of personal injury claims processes, especially auto and workers’ compensation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and legal case management systems
• Experience with CloudLex is preferred
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
