What You’ll Do:

• Assist paralegals in litigation prep
• Complete special projects assigned by the department manager
• Support case organization, document tracking, and administrative tasks
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving department

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Brings a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Is highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Possesses excellent communication skills
• Can multitask and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Is punctual, reliable, and professional in demeanor
• Has computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, file systems)
• Bonus: Skip-tracing or legal experience
