• Primary Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Variable shifts may include:
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Days may include Sunday through Saturday
• Rotating weekends as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a critical-need, outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic role. The LVN/LPN will provide clinical support to physicians and care teams while delivering high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting. Flexibility to float between multiple clinic locations is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in an outpatient OB/GYN clinic setting
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient education
• Perform patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical assessments
• Administer medications and treatments per scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and infection control standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Float between designated clinic locations as needed

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license in the state of practice
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinical settings (general ambulatory experience accepted)
• OB/GYN experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to variable schedules and locations
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills
