LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to sit in our clients office in Jacksonville, Florida. Check out the details below:

Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Minimum 3 days in-office per week
• 2 remote days weekly after successful onboarding
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft standard court filings including Notices of Appearance, Pro Hac Vice Motions, Subpoenas, Stipulations, and other legal documents
• Prepare legal materials such as discovery responses and affidavits for attorney review
• Coordinate with record vendors to obtain medical and educational records
• Assemble exhibits and demonstrative evidence for hearings and trials
• Conduct legal research using Lexis/Westlaw and public databases
• Organize and analyze medical and educational records for motion practice
• Assist attorneys with witness preparation for depositions and trials
• Review documents for relevance and privilege in preparation for disclosure
• Analyze reports, records, and discovery responses
• Accurately record billable time in accordance with firm policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant litigation paralegal experience
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and work with several attorneys
• Experience handling large, document-intensive cases
• Proficiency in Lexis/Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and KOFAX Professional
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required
