Job Description:

This role is a great fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain experience in logistics and supply chain. You’ll play a key role in coordinating freight, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, book, and coordinate trucking and freight shipments.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including invoices and bills of lading.
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics.
• Conduct rate analysis and maintain records for performance reporting.
• Support invoicing processes and internal documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of professional work experience (logistics experience not required—training provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
