Job Description

We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced production team. These positions focus on supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated production and packaging equipment — including robotics, PLCs, and high-speed systems — to keep operations running efficiently. Ideal candidates will have both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and a strong background in automation or robotics troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
  • Diagnose root causes of downtime and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Work with PLCs, sensors, and control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Perform setups, changeovers, and equipment calibrations as needed.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability and uptime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update work orders in the CMMS.
  • Support building maintenance as needed (lighting, plumbing, basic facility repairs).
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures and participate in safety programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems preferred.
  • Familiar with AC/DC, single and three-phase power, sensors, and drives.
  • Basic understanding of GMP or food manufacturing environments a plus.
  • Ability to work independently under time constraints and prioritize tasks effectively.

Offered

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
  • Full-time, long-term opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shift.
  • Overtime potential and advancement opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Supportive, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment.
