Position Overview

TurnDev is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at our Beachwood office. As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skillset and drive the success of our organization.

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience. While prior experience in real estate, construction or professional services is desirable, it is not a prerequisite for this role. As a Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role within our management team, leveraging your skillset to shape and implement strategic initiatives that promote the company's brand and services.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with leadership to plan, manage, and execute marketing initiatives across content, website, CRM, marketing automation, events, social media, PR, sponsorships, and advertising.
  • Plan, draft, edit, and publish content including articles, blog posts, newsletters, announcements, press releases, and other written materials. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal team and external platforms to distribute content strategically and on schedule.
  • Maintain and organize an internal content database to track materials and encourage participation in thought leadership initiatives.
  • Edit and update employee bios, services descriptions, and other marketing collateral.
  • Draft, proofread, and format marketing and business development materials, including RFPs, pitches, and presentations.
  • Manage CRM activities: maintain accurate client and prospect data, segment lists, track engagement, build and optimize targeted email campaigns, and provide training to staff.
  • Develop, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns; monitor performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation and list-building campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Create marketing reports, including newsletter analytics and campaign insights, with actionable recommendations.
  • Post and promote content across the company’s website and social media platforms; manage website updates, audits, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Serve as a resource on social media best practices.
  • Research and draft directory submissions to ranking organizations and publications.
  • Recommend and implement marketing strategies that support long-term business growth.
  • Plan and coordinate events (virtual and in-person) from concept through execution, including invitation management, setup, on-site support, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Manage sponsorships, advertising initiatives, and PR efforts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Formulate and execute larger-scale marketing and business development projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, with real estate, construction or professional services experience preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to problem solve, take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively multitask and work concurrently on a variety of projects and requests
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, editing/proofreading skills and ability to prioritize, work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to analyze data and trends and turn into actionable marketing plans that inform branding and campaign development
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Proficient with technical tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus), marketing automation tools and creative software (familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency with WordPress
