  • Lead performance testing and reliability assessments of mechanical subsystems.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners on DFM (design for manufacturability) and cost optimization.

Logistics & Coordination (Approx. 40%)

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for parts, components, and finished bikes.
  • Track inventory levels, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement.
  • Liaise with vendors, freight partners, and 3PLs to manage international shipments.
  • Monitor supply chain risks and proactively resolve delivery bottlenecks or delays.
  • Support assembly scheduling and warehouse operations with accurate forecasts and parts availability.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting across logistics and inventory systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product design or maintenance, preferably in bicycles, EVs, or consumer products.
  • Strong CAD and mechanical analysis skills (e.g., SolidWorks, FEA tools).
  • Experience with product testing, prototyping, and design validation processes.
  • Solid understanding of logistics, shipping processes, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient with inventory and logistics software (e.g., ERP, Excel, or Airtable).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the bicycle industry, especially electric bicycles.
  • Familiarity with international freight, customs, and compliance regulations.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
