We are hiring for a Case Coordinator role focused on ensuring the accuracy and quality of imaging data used in orthopedic surgical planning. This position involves reviewing incoming imaging studies—primarily X-rays and CT scans—and reaching out to customers to verify that imaging protocols are correctly set up on their machines. A key part of the role includes proposing new imaging centers and coordinating test scans to validate protocol compliance.
Daily responsibilities include: processing cases that have been delivered, checking for calibration, verifying that case details match protocol standards, and identifying any concerns in the scans. The Case Coordinator is often the first to review studies, requiring a high level of attention to detail and a strong understanding of anatomical landmarks and imaging requirements. If a scan does not meet protocol standards, the coordinator will initiate a failure report through our Scan to Health system and follow up with the customer to resolve the issue. This role is ideal for someone with a background in medical imaging or case management who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.
