Location: Hybrid -- Cleveland, Ohio [2-3 x days per week onsite]

Job Responsibilities

• This is a full-time, hybrid position working with a caseload of up to 60 students across elementary and secondary school levels
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students based on IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and write reports in compliance with state and district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Support student success in academic and functional tasks within the school environment

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students succeed in the classroom by addressing physical, sensory, and motor skill challenges that may impact learning
• Must have an active Occupational Therapist license (in Ohio or able to cross license into Ohio)
• Comfortable working with a K12 student population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Caseload includes both elementary and secondary students
