Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Okta Certification:  Professional or a minimum of five years’ experience in Okta Integrations

Job Duties:

  • Implementation of Okta integrations (SAML, OIDC, etc)
  • Okta Administration and Configuration
  • Troubleshooting and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Okta IAM solutions with application owners and end users.
  • Monitor system health, resolve issues, and optimize Okta performance and reliability.
  • Acts as a liaison between the business stakeholders and technical teams, translating the business needs into requirements
  • Gather, analyze and document requirements
  • Participate in the evaluation of new IAM technologies to enhance the Okta ecosystem and improve security posture.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
  • Perform feasibility analyses and provide recommendations for future system enhancements.
  • Work may include the occasional after-hours and/or weekend work based on mission priorities.

Minimum Experience:

  • Three (3+) years relevant experience of Okta Integrations: Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privileged access management.
  • Two (2+) years of experience in developing Okta Workflows
  • Two (2+) years of experience in IGA and a minimum of Two (2) years of experience in Okta IGA
  • Experience with other IAM solutions beyond Okta
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM and OpenID Connect.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta API integrations and System Administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in documenting and refining business processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
