Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager

Atlanta, GA

Schedule:

• As a leader, you will be expected to work Monday – Friday but our staff has the option of working 4 10s.
• No call, no weekends, no holidays

What You Will Do:

• Managing the operations
• Staffing
• Scheduling
• Performance evaluations
• Hiring/firing
• Will relieve OR RNs who are on lunchbreak

Key Surgical Services Include:

Pain Management & Spine Procedures:

• Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, caudal)
• Radiofrequency ablation and nerve blocks
• Disc procedures (discectomy, IDET, discography)
• Sacroiliac and facet joint injections
• Spine surgeries including laminectomy, discectomy, and cervical fusion

Orthopedic Trauma & Sports Medicine:

• Arthroscopic surgeries (knee, hip, ankle, wrist, elbow)
• Fracture repair with internal fixation
• Hand, wrist, foot, and ankle surgery

Tendon & Ligament Reconstruction:

• ACL and AC joint reconstruction
• Achilles, quadriceps, and biceps tendon repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• RN with a strong perioperative/surgical background
• Experience with orthopedic, spine, or pain management cases preferred
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced OR setting
