Project Manager - Retail & Cash Management Operations

Great opportunity to support a critical enterprise-wide initiative with an industry leader!

You will join a team responsible for implementing a new front-end Retail technology software solution to automate store-level operations across the enterprise. You will be responsible for creating & maintaining project documentation, facilitating training sessions, and hosting & providing support during webinars to ensure smooth adoption of the new software solution across the organization.

This is a 6-month contract (potential for extension or conversion) in the Vinings.

Work a hybrid schedule: in-office Mon-Thu & remote on Fri.

You must travel occasionally, nationwide (1–2 trips/month, 24–48 hrs each) .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track progress & milestones through Critical Path documentation
• Organize & maintain training documentation & materials
• Deliver presentations using slide decks & support training sessions
• Facilitate webinars & large conference calls (200+ participants), focusing on leading specific sections of the training rather than managing the entire session
• Manage Q&A during webinar sessions, leveraging AI tools to address participant questions (e.g., troubleshooting receipts, cash machine issues, jams)
• Update & maintain SOPs using search tools (e.g., Ctrl+F) to quickly locate & revise content
• Create & edit documentation in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Provide coaching & training on new proprietary software to end users & teams (you will be trained on the software)

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years in project management or operations management roles
• Proven experience in managing & organizing projects
• Experience training team members or leading webinars / virtual training sessions
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong Power Point presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to think on your feet
• Experience collaborating with multiple levels & teams at an enterprise company
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational & communication skills

PREFERRED:

• Store-level Retail operations experience
• Software implementation or software training facilitation experience
• Cash Management software or operations experience
