Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of white glove delivery experience (both furniture and appliance assembly required).
• Licensing: Valid DOT and MC authority required.
• Must operate as an LLC or Corporation.
• Team Structure: Must run as a dedicated two-person team.
• Vehicle Specs: 26' white box truck with lift gate (free of external branding or ads).
• Insurance: Must maintain insurance coverage that meets Ryder's requirements.
• Background Screening: Must pass both a criminal background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
