What you’ll handle

• Run injection molding machines by following documented work instructions and supervisor guidance.
• Visually inspect molded parts for quality and cosmetic standards; separate defects.
• Escalate defects or machine issues to technicians, lead operators, or supervisors quickly.
• Assist with related tasks: annealing parts, boxing/bagging product, and covering teammates’ breaks.
• Keep your area organized and safe—clean as you go.
• Pass along shift notes, special directions, and updates to keep production smooth across teams.

New to manufacturing? We’ll train you on our processes and equipment.

Physical requirements

• Standing, reaching, bending, and material handling throughout the shift.
• Lift/move up to 25 lbs on occasion.
• Good close-up vision with the ability to distinguish colors for inspection.

Environment you can expect

• Busy production area near machinery.
• Moderate noise, heat, and airborne particles.

Safety training and PPE are provided.
