Job Description

This person will be responsible for:

• Supervise, lead, and inspect work progress from crews in accordance with jobsite safety, schedules, and requirements,
• Assist in screening/filtering applicants and hiring workforce personnel,
• Train and enforce safety and regulatory compliance,
• Execute quality control and attend worksite inspections,
• Read specifications and blueprints to direct crews safely and efficiently,
• Work with jobsite field personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication (verbal & email) skills,
• Strong organizational skills,
• Problem resolution and the ability to quickly find solutions,
• Experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction preferred,
• Ability to assist with leading a workforce of 50+ technicians to produce quality workmanship,
• Knowledge of blueprints,
• Ability to work outdoors,
• Travel as needed,
• Full time position, hours vary,
• Insulation, Drywall or similar experience would be helpful,
• Clean driving record,
• Light duty labor, standing at jobsites required.
