NEAT GEEKS – Independent Residential Cleaning Contractors

We're not looking for average. We're looking for cleaners who take pride in delivering expert-level results.

This is a long-term 1099 role. We do not deduct taxes or fees, every hour you work is paid in full to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deep residential cleaning only (no light “standard” cleans except for regular clients)
• Move-in / move-out cleans, occasional small office jobs
• You’ll work in a team of two —we pair single contractors with another qualified contractor
• Teams of 2 are encouraged to apply
• Use your own cleaning supplies and equipment (kits can be purchased from us for a fee)

Perks & Pay

• 20 % of each job for every cleaner (total team share = 40 %) – roughly $17 per hour based on current client rates

• 30 % of each job on holidays (about $25 per hour per cleaner; total team share = 60 %)

• $200 bonus for every 20 five-star reviews your team earns

• Keep 100 % of all tips

• Paid weekly via direct deposit or check

• No payroll taxes or admin fees withheld—your gross pay is your net pay

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional house-cleaning experience

• Reliable personal transportation (no ride-shares or vehicles with mechanical issues)

• Smartphone for job alerts and communication

• Own basic cleaning supplies or be willing to purchase kits

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a deep-cleaning checklist

• Positive, professional attitude—you're representing a top-rated company

• Comfortable working closely with another contractor as a two-person team

The Schedule

• We operate 7 days a week—choose any shifts

• Pick jobs up to a week in advance or accept same-day emergencies

• Set your own workload from our contractor job pool

Who Should NOT Apply

• Anyone without reliable transportation

• Late arrivals—punctuality is non-negotiable

• Contractors lacking professional house-cleaning experience

• Cleaners unwilling to work when jobs are available

• Cleaners who cannot follow strict deep-cleaning standards

• Anyone without a smartphone for real-time notifications

All requirements will be verified before a contractor agreement is offered.
