As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing our CBS Division by identifying potential clients and driving new business development. You'll be our front-line warrior, engaging prospects and guiding them through our robust suite of facility management solutions. Collaborative work with operations teams will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service that stands out in the industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify & Prospect: Seek out new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients and understanding their facility needs.
  • Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and implement creative sales strategies that resonate with your audience.
  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Showcase the benefits of our solutions through compelling presentations that engage and inform.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth transitions and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Close the Deal: Negotiate contracts and take the final steps to seal the deal!

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with 2-5 years of experience
  • A background in the facilities management or service industry is a plus!
  • Impressive communication and presentation skills that can capture an audience
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop effective strategies
  • Self-motivated with a passion for prospecting and lead generation
  • Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive, can-do attitude that keeps you motivated and productive!
