Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a healthcare organization based in Ft Collins, CO. This role is responsible for managing the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier healthcare professionals as well as providing HR support across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership to build a robust talent pipeline and support HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, training, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates
  • Develop and execute social media and outreach campaigns
  • Represent the company at recruiting fairs and school programs (2–3 trips/year)
  • Maintain and optimize the ATS and recruiting tools
  • Collaborate on employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Onboard and offboard, including document management, benefits enrollment, coordination with payroll, etc.
  • Respond to employee questions and requests for information
  • Administer the performance mangement process
  • Provide support for benefits questions and manage benefits vendors
  • Lead policy and process development
  • Special projects and events, as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
  • 5-7+ years of relevant HR and talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience with all operational areas of HR, including: benefits, compensation, policy development, performance management, leave management, etc.
  • Experience with Paycor or similar HRIS/ATS system
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to own recruiting processes
  • Social media savvy with experience in outreach and branding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
  • High ethical standards and the ability to work independently with initiative and discretion
  • Colorado driver's license required

Location

Primarily remote work within Colorado. Initial training and periodic onsite events in Fort Collins. 10% travel required for recruiting events.

Type and Hours

Direct Hire or Contract to Hire, depending on experience. 40 hour work week.

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually
