We’re seeking an experienced Solar Program Manager to lead a multi-year, multi-site solar portfolio delivering rooftop and carport PV projects for a large public school district in Southern California. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end program execution; from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout, while building and leading a high-performing project management team.
This role combines hands-on project ownership with people leadership , serving as the primary client interface and escalation point while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
This role is remote, with a 50% on-site expectation in LA County.
