We're Hiring: Spanish-Speaking Immigration Attorney | Lehi, Utah

Note: This is an in-office position in Lehi, Utah. We believe strongly in team collaboration, especially for newer attorneys. This is not a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations in both English and Spanish
  • Manage a caseload that includes family-based petitions, asylum, removal defense, and naturalization
  • Prepare and review immigration filings
  • Represent clients in immigration court and USCIS interviews
  • Draft legal documents including affidavits, motions, and briefs
  • Communicate with clients and team members with clarity and empathy
  • Stay informed on immigration law updates and procedural changes

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. state bar
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Immigration law experience preferred (3+ years), but we will train the right candidate
  • Must be eligible to work in-office in Lehi, Utah
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and empathy
