Senior Designer

Position Summary

The Senior Designers is responsible for the execution of creative projects in alignment with the required brand standards. This role involves creating a variety of print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, posters, signage, and logos.

Candidate must have excellent design skills and be comfortable managing projects from concept to final mechanical.

This position will be mostly focused on high-level creative work but will also work on production-level projects as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality designs across a range of mediums including print, digital, social media, and environment.
• Ensures all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Be able to develop and present concepts.
• Take projects from concept through design development, and mechanical files.
• Review and approve proofs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Works with internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills across print and digital formats.
• Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
