Substation Construction Project Manager

$150,000-$200,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Remote w/ Travel 60%-75%+

Must be comfortable with weekend travel 2X monthly

Bright Minds global high voltage construction client is searching for an experienced Substation Construction Project Manager to join their fast-growing team. Qualified candidates must be comfortable with heavy travel to construction sites throughout the Central U.S. including Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri. Projects may require travel to other parts of the U.S from West Coast to East Coast.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years professional project management experience working on high voltage construction projects (substations, transmission lines, etc.)
• Strong in-field high-voltage construction experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Executive, etc.
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to use common project management software application such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, etc.)
• Ability to work remotely with heavy travel schedule including two weekend stay per month.

Desired Experience:

• Candidates who have transitioned from high voltage field roles, such as Journeyman Lineman who have transitioned to Project Manager or Construction Manager role, are highly desired.
