Responsibilities:
Coordinating with various client teams – IT, Cloud, Business functions etc.,
Be local SPOC to address queries / issues
Drive test cases planning, execution, data preparation, remediation of issues etc.,
Consolidate issues / defects raised and work with client and Infosys Offshore Project Manager + team to ensure closure of open items (issues, testing execution , coordinate to resolve testing blockers)
Publish daily testing status, progress etc.,
Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion and Oracle ERP products
Good understanding of FnA domain (P2P, O2C R2R)
Strong Project & Program management
