Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Temporary Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join their clients' teams in the Pasadena, CA area. This temporary role is perfect for individuals who are bilingual in Spanish and looking to gain valuable administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various administrative tasks and support functions in the office.
• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
• Provide assistance in handling office documentation and organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, typical business hours.

Benefits
