Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will lead our HR function, guiding talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.   Job Responsibilities  

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies. 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals. 
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR department. 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover. 
  • Oversee the development and execution of compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for the organization. 
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. 
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Advise and assist executives on organizational policy matters. 
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget. 
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws and regulations. 
  • Oversee and optimize the use of HR technology and systems. 
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers. 
  • Conduct and oversee workforce planning and organizational design. 
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on all HR matters to the executive team. 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role 
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within HR functions 
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations 
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR-related systems 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Experience in handling complex employee relations issues 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational effectiveness 
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures 
  • Proven track record in talent management, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other departments 
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation 
  • SHRM and/or PHR certification preferred
