Job Description:

The Video and Photo Creator is responsible for planning, shooting, editing and producing high-quality multimedia content that represents the Origin brand across digital and traditional platforms. Key duties include conceptualizing creative ideas, independent decision making, strategic thinking and planning, and managing all aspects of digital asset creation. The Video and Photo Creator works collaboratively with marketing, production, and brand teams to maintain Origin’s visual identity and storytelling standar ds.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute high caliber video and photo assets across marketing platforms and channels (Youtube, Instagram, CCTV, Meta, etc).

· Plan and execute strategic and creative storytelling ideas, under the direction of the Assistant Creative Director, while maintaining brand standards

· Creating net new assets to represent the brand voice and tone across channels

· Ability to work independently, combining strategic planning and decision making to create highly engaging video and photo assets

· Capture behind-the-scenes and supporting content for Origin marketing and social media initiatives.

· Edit photos and video footage for internal and external use following brand guidelines.

· Organize, catalog, and maintain media files within the digital asset management system.

· Collaborate with creative and marketing staff to ensure alignment between content and campaign objectives.

· Support lighting, audio, and camera equipment setup and maintenance.

· Prepare and transport props, products, and other materials needed for shoots.

· Maintain confidentiality and brand consistency across all creative deliverables.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Creative Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Associate’s degree or vocational training in media production, communications, or visual arts.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in photography, videography, digital media, or a related creative field.
  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).
  • A strong portfolio of completed video and / or photo work.
  • Experience in content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative brainstorming and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work in a team environment, provide honest feedback, and proactively communicate when problems arise.
  • Ability to multitask and move between projects, while staying on time and budget.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, learning and development.
  • Experience with lighting, sound, and camera operation for digital media. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content formatting requirements. (Preferred)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

· Work performed in both office/studio and on-location environments.

· Requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs. during shoot setups.

· Exposure to photography lighting, equipment, and outdoor environments.

· Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work may be required for shoots or events.
