Salary:

$138k-148k depending on experience

Overview :

In this role, you’ll leverage your wound care expertise to deliver clinical education, support product adoption, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and strategic accounts across Nevada and Northern California—traveling extensively to lead training, drive innovative solutions, improve patient outcomes, and shape the future of wound care.

Schedule:

Traveling position across Northern California and Northern Nevada

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical education and training on advanced wound care solutions to healthcare professionals across Nevada and Northern California.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Accounts to support product adoption and achieve business goals.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for Territory Sales Managers, providing ongoing mentorship and expertise.
• Lead and participate in professional education programs, peer-to-peer events, and clinical evidence initiatives.
• Represent the company at wound care associations and events, building clinical advocacy and industry relationships.
• Travel extensively (approx. 80%) to top accounts, managing time and resources while improving patient outcomes and driving innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required, Masters degree preferred.
• Certified in CWOCN®, CWCN®, CWON®, or CWS®.
• 5+ years of experience as a certified wound care clinician.
• Strong knowledge of wound care industry, strong industry and clinical network preferred.
