As our Activities Director, you will:

• Develop and implement a wide variety of recreational and therapeutic programs tailored to residents needs and abilities
• Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being for all residents
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to integrate activities into individualized care plans
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the activities team to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences
• Maintain records and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Certified, registered, or licensed ADC (Activity Director Certified)
