Aerospace Development Scientist-Composite Materials and Polymeric:

Job Role Description:
Lead development of next-generation carbon fiber reinforced polymeric composites.
Design and optimize materials for demanding aerospace and defense environments.
Engage directly with customers to translate Technical insights into real-world solutions.
Prerequisites:
PhD in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering.
Experience in development of carbon fiber reinforced polymeric composites.
Composite material science, including structure-property relationships, processing, and advanced characterization techniques.
Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical clientele.
Collaborative mindset, creativity, and a drive to deliver innovative solutions.
Must be a US Citizen, due to our adherence to ITAR Regulations.
You will get:
Base salary range $120,000 - $145,000 per year.
In addition to the base salary, this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
