Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting with digital projects by creating relevant and engaging content in a style and tone that conveys the brand. Supports the graphics team with all digital projects including the creation of visual assets in all media, including email, digital display and web.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the creation of a wide variety of visual assets in all media including email, digital display, social media and web that fit within our luxury brand guidelines
  • Build, code, and test responsive email campaigns using HTML5, following brand guidelines and best practices for cross-platform compatibility and user experience.
  • Develop and deliver visually engaging digital assets for social media (feeds, stories, highlights), email campaigns, digital advertising, and the company website that align with brand standards and supports key campaign performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the creative team on product and campaign launches to execute high-quality production and design work.
  • Partner with project managers on our in-house global marketing team to design and deliver digital assets for domestic and international campaigns - ensuring brand consistency, market relevance, and timely execution across multiple regions.
  • Build and style landing pages in the company's CMS using a modular approach with a focus on responsive design and eCommerce best practices.
  • Create simple UI mockups in a design tool like Figma to support website enhancements and new features.
  • Manipulate photography in Photoshop according to brand guidelines.
  • Track project timelines/deadlines and creative hours to deliver a wide variety of projects on time.
  • Visually interpreting a luxury brand, this includes selecting new photography on a daily basis, design trends in fast-paced digital markets
  • Perform other job related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's Degree or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of skills and experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of agency experience, in-house agency experience is preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and experience working in a CMS platform such as Drupal.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Familiarity with design and testing tools like Sketch, Figma, and Litmus is a plus.
  • Must have a portfolio that showcases work in the digital space.
  • Excellent organizational skills: self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight and demanding deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of layout and composition in line with current graphic design trends.
  • Strong production, execution skills, and digital design.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with the art director, creative team, and marketing team.
  • Highly proficient in photoshop, illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign. Knowledge of Sketch helpful.
  • Advance experience in photo retouching and editing is a must.
  • Experience in motion design, photography, video and content creation is a plus
  • Strong typographic skills are necessary as well as an understanding of visual hierarchy in digital and print.
  • Some understanding of print layout, style sheets in InDesign and basic levels of print knowledge is helpful.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
