Director of First Impressions & Office Coordinator - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

In this position, you will take responsibility for the following:

• Greet clients, vendors, and prospective employees, with professionalism, authenticity, and a genuine desire to welcome each visitor with a positive and encouraging influence.
• As the primary receptionist engage callers with warmth and a helpful approach having a positive impact on relationships with customers and vendors.
• Make a difference in this fast-paced office while updating client contact information in the CRM, helping leaders prepare reports for client meetings, proofreading important documents, ordering office supplies, and much more.
• Identify opportunity for improvement via new processes and better utilization of technology.
• Take ownership for special projects, updates to the company website, and social media activity.
• Assist with event planning, employee recognition, birthday and work anniversary celebrations, and planning the company Christmas Party!
