Job Title: Employee Engagement Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and organized Employee Engagement Coordinator to join our team and help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of employee engagement programs, initiatives, and events that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition events, team-building activities, and company-wide communications.
Act as a liaison between HR and employees to ensure strong communication and promote an open, inclusive culture.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and help coordinate related programming.
Track and analyze engagement metrics, surveys, and feedback to recommend improvements.
Coordinate internal events including logistics, scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
Maintain and update engagement calendars and communication materials.
Support onboarding and orientation efforts to ensure a welcoming experience for new hires.
Assist with employee satisfaction surveys and action plans based on the results.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, event coordination, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like SurveyMonkey, Canva, or HRIS systems is a plus
