What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
• Manage compensation and benefits programs
• Supervise HR operations and team management
• Use HR analytics to guide workforce planning
• Ensure legal compliance across all HR practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field (SHRM preferred)
• 3+ years of HR program management and recruitment experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
