RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Quickly diagnose and resolve issues on production lines to reduce downtime and maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of all production equipment through routine monitoring and maintenance.
• Coordinate both scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
• Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to uphold product quality and consistency.
• Complete tasks assigned within designated timeframes to meet production goals.
• Uphold and actively always promote workplace safety practices and the use of proper PPE.
• Foster a collaborative, team-focused work environment that supports operational success.
• Conduct timely repairs on machinery to prevent disruption of production flow.
Salary Range: $29 per hr. (DOE)
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Mechanical experience within the food/beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Familiarity with production equipment such as labelers, tube fillers, inline/manual fillers, heat tunnels, shrink wrappers, tube machines, and coding systems.
• Solid understanding and adherence to cGMP regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates strong initiative, urgency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
